Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my incredible fianc JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I write about my experiences- the good, the bad and everything in between. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America together with my brother and parents when I turned one and half. Without my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice it is likely that I would not be with you sharing my journey. So that they could give their children a chance at a more successful future, I focused on my goals and worked hard in order to reach it. My plan of life was for me to study at university, land work in a corporate then marry, and purchase an apartment. I thought that was the ultimate definition of success. however, life has other plans to show me the meaning of success. In 2013, I found I disliked my corporate position. Although the salary and the status was great however, I wasn't sure if it fulfilled me. It was more like I was just spending my time. When I began to navigate my way through a different direction in my career, I found I was destined to be an instructor. I was a fan of exercising, I enjoyed being around people, and I love helping others. In 2014, I established my company which will mark my 7th year anniversary by 2021. As a Asian woman in the industry, there are very few. I strive to be a change maker within the business to offer high-quality coaching that allows individuals to be healthier and happier person by establishing an environment that is sustainable and meets their personal needs and goals. Additionally, I aim to inspire others to pursue their dreams and goals in order to achieve whatever they wish to do. My career was beginning to take off, I had the biggest loss in my life, my mother's passing away. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over, and she lies in Heaven. Her memory will forever be on my mind and in my heart. brain. The universe has the capacity to give us precisely what we require, even when we're unable to comprehend the lesson in this moment. The passing of my mother changed me in so many ways. I believe my Mom gave me another chance at life through her death. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She had her chance to begin her new life, and I got my second shot at living a happy and fulfilling life. In my 30's, it is the first moment that I feel as if I'm living my life. I share my life to you with the hope that you'll be able to connect with my words and experiences for you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one, to be aware that you are more than capable of whatever you set your mind to that true love exists that therapy is not a problem and that health truly is your greatest form of wealth. I hope that you enjoy your life to the fullest and to die with no regrets as death is the only thing promised to the people in our lives.
